Rogue Landlord Alert Rogue landlords need dealing with by the government because they are ripping off people from their hard earned cash. Here is a story about yet another rogue landlord and/or agent! "In June of 2020 we took a new tenancy on in Middlesbrough. At the end of the tenancy, we left the house in the same condition as when we left it. The agent said we would have the bond back in ten days, a verbal agreement made by him.  When that did not happen, I chased it, was messed around for weeks and finally, was told by the agent to raise a dispute with the deposit scheme the bond is held in.  This was the landlord/agent's reply to the scheme. FEMALE POLICE OFFICER SEXUALLY ABUSES WITNESS IN HER OWN HOME   In July, 2020, a woman from the North Yorkshire area was sexually abused in her own home, thrown into a cell for six hours, had her asthma inhaler removed from her (as well as her tights, shoes and belt) and now suffers with PTSD, agoraphobia and a severe Psychogenic stutter, whereby she can hardly communicate any longer and is suffering from suicidal tendencies. She is unable to work as a result of this inhumane treatment. This is her story. Names and places have been changed to protect the innocent in these matters, most notably the victim.   Patricia works in a care home, so she is an essential key worker! A lady had a fall. She attended! An ambulance was called for later in the day! The lady passed away twelve hours later in hospital after she had arrived at the local hospital!
