FEMALE POLICE OFFICER SEXUALLY ABUSES WITNESS IN HER OWN HOME

 

In July, 2020, a woman from the North Yorkshire area was sexually abused in her own home, thrown into a cell for six hours, had her asthma inhaler removed from her (as well as her tights, shoes and belt) and now suffers with PTSD, agoraphobia and a severe Psychogenic stutter, whereby she can hardly communicate any longer and is suffering from suicidal tendencies. She is unable to work as a result of this inhumane treatment.

This is her story. Names and places have been changed to protect the innocent in these matters, most notably the victim.

 

Patricia works in a care home, so she is an essential key worker! A lady had a fall. She attended! An ambulance was called for later in the day! The lady passed away twelve hours later in hospital after she had arrived at the local hospital! Patricia is a truly dedicated Care Assistant in a home for the elderly! After a short time, she is told by her manager that the Police will come and ask her to go with them and give her account of that night shift! She is perfectly fine with that news, for it is needed and right to do so. 

 

July 27th 2020 (3 months later)

 

At just after 8am, some three months later, the family are woken by a loud banging on the front door and then the front kitchen window. It is so loud that it feels like a dawn raid, so James, the husband to Patricia, comes downstairs and asks what the noise is all about. The noise the couple outside are making is violent in the extreme! These were not polite knocks on the door. James tells this website that he opened the door to see two people there, claiming to be Police! One is uniformed so that is obvious. They ask to see Patricia and he understands, so lets them in. They show no formal identification or warrants. They are trusted because one is in uniform.

 

Big mistake! 

 

Because James is in his night attire, he leaves his wife with them when she comes down from the bedroom in her night attire as well and as he is upstairs, he hears his wife being arrested by the male uniformed officer! Her rights are being read so he rushes downstairs and asks on what charge! 

 

They give him no reply!

 

Patricia is in shock! She is having a tachycardic moment on them and they do nothing. He asks again, this time, demanding to know the charge. The female officer turns to him, angrily and vigorously and says, “Manslaughter!” Then she turns away again to centre on Patricia, who now collapses onto the settee! She begins to have a more severe tachycardic heart attack! James goes to make her a sweet tea to calm her down and brings it in, but he is ordered by the female officer to not give her anything, because “there is no time for this.”

 

Patricia has had nothing for breakfast.

 

The female arresting officer then goes upstairs with Patricia, for her to get dressed! She orders Patricia to undress, in front of her, whilst she watches, standing inside the bedroom! She claims she is not looking but she is! Patricia is awarded no privacy! At all! She then needs a pee so she goes to the toilet, but is also attended by the female officer, who again forces her to undress and pee whilst she watches, claiming she can’t leave her on her own! 

 

The bathroom is six foot square! Patricia is five foot three and ten stone! What is she going to do? Where is she going to go? Two moments there of sexual abuse, emotional abuse and torture and several breaks of the PACE Code Police are supposed to abide with and stick to! The female officer then brings her downstairs and James asks if she can eat some breakfast before she goes as they were asleep when the banging started on the front door! They refuse his request and her drink of tea or the chance to finish it, claiming they “haven’t got all day!” 

 

They then take her to the station and throw her into a cell for three hours, removing her shoes and tights and belt! This, after she has put on flat, slip on shoes, at  the behest of the female arresting officer, who tells her that “laces are not allowed where you are heading!” Her shoes are taken! Her tights are taken! She is given nothing to eat or drink for her entire time there, after James had expressly asked to give her some breakfast before she goes and the female arresting officer said, “do not worry! She will be fed at the station!” 

 

Lies! All lies!

 

For three hours, she has no shoes! For three hours she is subject to the barrage of noise in the cells! This is a very tender soul we are thinking about here! Someone who would not hurt a mouse! Then the duty solicitor, from a local solicitors arrives and says to her he has no idea why she has even been arrested in the first place! Patricia answers all the questions five times over, being asked each question several times! She is even badgered about her training she does with her job as they seek to show she is at fault! 

What happened to “innocent until PROVEN guilty?” 

 

As to her studies for her work, her e-learning page is updated daily and has so many courses she has completed but she is ordered to name them all there and then and when she can’t (no one could) she is treated as an imbecile! There are literally dozens of courses she has completed that only her manager would know, so she cannot remember all of them! But they have no idea because they have not checked these things and have zero idea of the level of training required nowadays to be a Care Assistant in a home!

So they go at her as if she is a murderer! Then they bring her home!

 

When she returns home, she tells James that she has had no drink of tea or coffee offered, just water! They refused to feed her because she is a Vegan and cannot eat meat products for health reasons! She does not eat animal products so they claim they “cannot cater to her Vegan needs!” She was not given any breakfast at all! Or lunch! Nothing! That is starvation and abuse of power! As well as a further breach of the PACE Code on many occasions! James says he will “fight this to the end” for his wife, who is innocent of all charges. Since her last meal was at 5pm the previous day and it is now the same time, when she is now home, the Police have forced her to fast and starve, for twenty four hours by their actions! 

 

Since that day, when she was released without bail and without further compulsion to return ever to the station, she has been forced to stay off work till the Police investigation is concluded into the death! They removed her mobile phone, which has still yet to be returned! Oh, and when James asked his wife the charge/s, Patricia said that the Police changed it from Manslaughter, as said in the family home, to “Gross neglect leading to Manslaughter,” which carries a very different penalty if convicted. Therefore, her arrest in front of her husband is unlawful in the extreme and should be quashed right now, due to the fact that they told him a charge that carries a monstrous penalty if found guilty, but now, it is one with a much lesser penalty, if found guilty. 

 

As of the end of February 2021, neither the Police investigation has ended and Patricia is about to face a disciplinary, brought on by the Police, via the work, in order to secure the right to prosecute. This is a gross miscarriage of Police powers and their investigation should be ended right now! This is because there is no case and if not, it will be challenged by James in the courts and in the media, beginning here. Both officers should be sacked, immediately, especially as the male officer, who stayed with James downstairs, also tried to goad him into physical action, stating “don’t do anything stupid, for you wouldn’t want to get arrested now, would you?” in such a smug fashion as to leave nothing to the imagination! James’ answer to him was to laugh and say, “I’ve got my dogs to feed my friend. There’s no chance of that happening!” He then changed the subject when he realised James was not going to bite! Amateurish ‘fishing’ for a reaction like that should not be allowed in a professional Police force, so we demand both are sacked from their job with immediate effect! Anything less than that will be fought to the highest level!

 

Since these events, it has also come to our attention that the Police force in question has the highest rate of complaints against it in the country according to a Metro Report written for the Associated Press.  

 

Since July, Patricia has had to have Crisis Intervention Therapy, CBT Therapy, EMDR Therapy, all over the phone, because of Covid restrictions, just to be able to properly function, because of this unlawful and illegal arrest and so, we now seek justice, as well as compensation! Six months lost earnings for a start, is an issue! Work has been so gracious throughout, paying her her basic wage, because they say, “it is the right thing to do for you!” But she works lots of overtime normally, so the family shall be suing the force in question and the Home Office, for adequate compensation! If the employer also decides in a few days, to end her employment, James shall be handing them over to the GDPR legislature, because they sent him personal information about one of their employees, who is also under investigation, for the same thing and if found guilty of a GDPR breach, that can be a £1 million fine!

 

We here at S4J believe that both officers should be held to account. Suspend both officers today! Then investigate further into who else they have done this to! We are sure there are plenty of cases where they have overstepped the mark with other innocent people! Abusers abuse anyone they see to be vulnerable and weak and according to James, Patricia is a weak person who hates confrontation, so what has. been done to her is a miscarriage of justice and should be dealt with.

 

These two officers are prime examples of weak hearted individuals and should be the ones locked up for a very long time!
